1994 yılında KVK ve Genpa bayilikleri ile telekomünikasyon alanında da faaliyet göstermeye başlayan firmamız, 1999 yılında yaşanan deprem felaketi sonrası stratejik bir karar alarak bu sektörden çekilmiş ve tüm odağını takograf ve taksimetre sistemleri üzerine yoğunlaştırmıştır. Bu uzmanlaşma, firmamızı kısa sürede kendi alanında öncü konuma taşımıştır.

2008 yılı itibarıyla Kocaeli Üniversitesi Teknoparkı bünyesinde Ar-Ge çalışmalarına başlayan firmamız, inovasyonu merkezine alarak sektörde fark yaratan projelere imza atmıştır. Bu kapsamda, dünyada ilk olma özelliği taşıyan dikiz aynasına entegre taksimetre sistemi başarıyla tasarlanmış ve üretime alınmıştır. Ayrıca, takograf sistemleri için geliştirilen uydumetre ve uydu kalibrasyon cihazları, sektörde önemli bir ihtiyaca çözüm sunmuştur.

Yine 2008 yılında başlatılan ve patenti firmamıza ait olan DTD01 projesi kapsamında, halatlı sistemli araçlara dijital takograf entegrasyonunu mümkün kılan dönüştürücü geliştirilmiştir. TSEK 246 kriterlerine uygun olan bu ürün, Türkiye’de ilk ve tek belgelendirilmiş çözüm olup, bugün ülke genelindeki takograf muayene istasyonlarında aktif olarak kullanılmaktadır.

Alanında uzman ve eğitimli kadromuz, yüksek kalite standartlarımız ve müşteri odaklı hizmet anlayışımız sayesinde firmamız, sektörde elit ve saygın bir konuma ulaşmıştır.

Günümüzde, yine patenti firmamıza ait olan Uydumetre projesi kapsamında; yeni trafik mevzuatına uyumlu uydu müşürü, uydu tabanlı kalibrasyonlu hız müşürü ve hız kesici sistemlere yönelik yazılım ve Ar-Ge çalışmalarımız büyük ölçüde tamamlanmıştır. Üretim ve belgelendirme süreçlerinin ardından bu yenilikçi çözümlerin ülkemize hem ekonomik hem de teknolojik katkı sağlaması hedeflenmektedir.

In 1994, the company expanded its operations into the telecommunications sector by becoming an authorized dealer of KVK and Genpa. However, following the devastating earthquake in 1999, which resulted in the destruction of our business premises, the company strategically decided to withdraw from telecommunications and refocus entirely on tachograph and taximeter systems. This specialization enabled us to quickly become a leading company in our field.

In 2008, our company initiated R&D activities within Kocaeli University Technopark, placing innovation at the core of its operations. As a result of these efforts, we successfully designed and commercialized the world’s first rearview mirror-integrated taximeter system. In addition, we developed advanced sensor solutions for tachograph systems, including satellite-based measurement (uydumeter) and calibration devices, addressing critical industry needs.

Also in 2008, we launched the DTD01 project, a patented solution that enables the integration of digital tachographs into cable-driven vehicle systems. Certified under TSEK 246 standards, this product is the first and only officially certified converter of its kind in Türkiye and is currently used in tachograph inspection stations nationwide.

Today, we continue to invest in innovation through our patented Uydumeter project. In line with new traffic regulations, we are developing satellite-based speed sensors, calibration systems, and speed limiter technologies. The majority of the software development and R&D processes have been completed, and following production and certification stages, this project is expected to deliver significant economic and technological value.
